Greta is an associate with over 3 years of professional experience in Corporate and M&A matters. She specialises in corporate governance issues, structural changes and conversion of legal entities, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She is skilled in drafting corporate and transactional documents, preparing legal memos, as well as conducting legal due diligence on legal matters.

In addition to her professional specialization in corporate law, Greta has valuable experience in insurance law and adeptly advises clients on matters concerning family and succession law.

Gabrielė’s main areas of interest are corporate issues, the preparation of various contracts, peculiarities of the judicial process. Before joining Elegant Solution, Junior Associate Gabrielė Tamkevičiūtė has gained valuable work experience at one of the law firms in FinTech Legal in Lithuania.

Gabrielė is a fifth-year law student at Vilnius University. She actively participates in academic activities, during which the acquired theoretical knowledge is applied with care and utmost diligence in practice.

One of Gabrielė’s biggest hobbies is ballroom dancing. More than 15 years of experience in the field of dance not only formed such qualities as discipline and responsibility, but also taught elegance, harmony, and creativity, which undoubtedly helps on the professional path.
