He currently serves as the Chair of the Lithuanian Anti‑Doping Hearing Panel and is also engaged on an ad hoc basis in Regional Anti-Doping Organization of Central Asia anti‑doping hearing panels. One of Gabriele’s biggest hobbies is ballroom dancing. Milda has been working in the field of dispute resolution for more than five years. She is a versatile professional, distinguished by her creativity and ability to make unconventional decisions. Her main areas of practice include real estate law, territorial planning, and land law. In recent years, Milda has devoted considerable attention to professional development and the exploration of new areas of law. Her current fields of interest include administrative disputes in the field of research and experimental development (R&D), legal relations of co-owners, and public procurement disputes.

Her work encompasses the preparation of claims, procedural documents, settlement agreements, and other documentation essential for the successful resolution of disputes. Before joining the law firm Elegant Solution, Milda worked in both the private and public sectors, gaining the majority of her experience at the National Land Service under the Ministry of the Environment, where she represented the institution in matters related to real estate, territorial planning, construction, land transactions, and disputes.

Milda’s hobbies include reading and chess. For her, books are not only a source of relaxation but also a constant means of expanding her horizons. She enjoys both fiction and professional literature, often discovering new ideas that can be applied in her legal practice. Chess, on the other hand, serves as a school of strategy and patience, requiring the ability to plan several moves, anticipate an opponent’s tactics, and adapt swiftly to changing circumstances.
